If you ever need tips, guidance, or help getting the best results from your stamps, we’re always here. Please reach out anytime.

Because our products are made to order, we kindly ask that you choose carefully. We’re unable to offer cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges for change‑of‑mind purchases or circumstances outside our control. For customised items, all spelling and details provided by the customer are final we rely on the information you submit, so please double check your notes before placing your order.

All digital items including STL files, downloads, guides, and resources are non‑refundable under all circumstances. Once a digital file has been delivered, it cannot be returned, revoked, or cancelled. Please ensure you select the correct product before purchasing.

When your physical items arrive, please inspect your order straight away. If anything is incorrect, damaged, or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make things right.

All BECOH Collective Cookie Stamps & Cutters must be hand‑washed only in warm water, as clearly stated on each product listing. Damage caused by dishwashers, heat exposure, or improper care isn’t eligible for refunds or credits.
